That Sassy Thing is a women-led Indian D2C sexual wellness brand. As a D2C, the website's visual appeal plays a crucial role in determining conversions. TST wanted a brand refresh and new brand website which resonated better with its growing Millennial and Genz audience, primarily women and queer folks.

The project included adding elements to the brand language as well as building the entire website, which would be hosted on Shopify as well as their education content hosted separately on a WordPress site. The project spanned 4-months.

The key challenge was to create a brand identity that is fresh and new, yet synonymous with what the brand had build so far. Establishing trust is essential in the category of sexual wellness as the average consumer is new to this market and is highly affected by the social stigma that comes with a sexual wellness product.
